Joe is one of the owners of our family owned salon along his brother Carlo, sister Theresa.  He has been cutting hair for 28 years and graduated from Pivot Point Beauty School.

Joe's experiences range from many competitions, hair shows and extensive advanced training in London, England and the Vidal Sassoon Hair Academy.

His expertise is vast and includes but is not limited to short or long cuts, colors, highlights, balayage, ethnic hair and much much more.

It is Joe's highest priority that you get the cut you desire and you leave feeling beautiful and special.

Theresa is a co-owner of the salon located here in St. Charles, IL.  She graduated from Tricoci School and has been a stylist for over 25 years.

Theresa specializes in coloring, foiling, perming & cutting and loves to work with clients in transforming their look into a fresh new style. She does this by making sure she spends adequate time during your consultation before getting starting in on your new look.

Carlo D’Argento is part owner and stylist at Salon D’Argento Hair & Spa, in Camptom Hills, IL - just west of St. Charles. Carlo has over 36 years of experience and has trained at some of the most prestigious academy’s, including Vidal Sasoon(London). Carlo is passionate about creating and transforming new looks for clients. Carlo’s obsession for hair started at a young age and today is still the reason he continues to develop an arsenal of modern, current cutting, coloring and extention techniques through continuing education.  His dedication shows in his amazing work and the line of happy clients waiting to get appointments.  When you meet Carlo you'll know. your look and style are his top priority.

Chiara attended Pivot Point Beauty school in Schaumburg, Illinois where she met her husband and Salon D'Argento co-owner Joe D'Argento.

Chiara and Joe love work as a team to create an unbeatable energy.  They are masters at sharing that energy with everyone who sits in their chairs.

After graduating beauty school in 1992 Chiara attended advanced training with Toni and Guy Hair Academy and has been a stylist ever since.
